General & Online Store Use

Product Availability & Festive Pre-Orders

  • Handcrafted Products: All mooncakes, cookies, and pastries are subject to stock availability and seasonal production limits.

  • Packaging & Substitutions: Festive gift boxes, ribbons, and packaging designs are fixed. In rare cases of material shortages, we reserve the right to substitute items or packaging with equivalents of equal value without prior notice.

  • Allergen Notice: Our products may contain nuts, seeds, gluten, eggs, or dairy. Please check individual product descriptions for dietary info before ordering.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

  • Payments must be made in full through our authorized online payment gateways before orders are dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to adjust product prices or correct pricing errors on the website at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Casahana is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by wrong addresses or unreachable recipients.

  • Dispatch Times: Delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates. Delays due to high-volume festive traffic or courier delays are beyond our direct control.

  • Snowskin & Perishable Items: Chilled or frozen products must be received immediately upon delivery and stored according to instructions.

Orders & Cancellations

  • Final Sale: Due to food safety standards, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once payment is confirmed.

  • Bulk & Corporate Orders: Corporate pre-orders are bound by the custom contract or invoice agreed upon with our B2B sales team.

Intellectual Property

  • All logos, trademarks, images, product photos, graphics, and text on this website belong exclusively to HYT Food Industries Sdn Bhd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
