Shipping Policy

Ships Time

** Please bear in mind any order made after 23.01.2022, we shall not guarantee the parcel will arrive in time before the festival **

** Due to PUBLIC HOLIDAY, Order made on 29.01.2022 and above will be process and ship out on 07.02.2022

Orders received will be processed within 2 working days and delivered to your door step within 3 – 5 WORKING DAYS via J&T or CITILINK or DHL depending on the courier services.

We will shipped the parcel from our warehouse to the courier services within   2-3 working days as per stated term.

Any delay thereafter on the courier service is beyond our control.

 

Shipping Coverage

Orders are shipped within Malaysia (EAST & WEST) only.

Shipping Cost

We are charging RM15** for the 1st 5KG and additional RM2 per next 1KG for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM15** for 1KG and additional RM9 per next 1KG per order for delivery to East Malaysia.

The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
